The Vitals & Vibes journal
The Common Room
Personal style. Small rituals. Life around the work.
Between shifts / No. 01
A little color
goes a long way.

Getting dressed has its own little rituals. The shoes you reach for without thinking. A familiar jacket. A pair of socks that makes you smile before the day has properly begun.
When much of an outfit is decided for you, the smaller choices can feel especially personal. A bright cuff above a navy shoe. A pattern that nods to something you love. A color you would happily wear anywhere, with scrubs or with your favorite jeans.
Start with one detail. Let a pale blue pair sit against dark trousers, or pick up a color already in your shoes. There is no need to coordinate everything. Sometimes the unexpected combination is the one that feels most like you.
That is the idea behind this first note from the Common Room: making a little space for personal expression in the everyday. Wear the pair you keep saving. Mix the colors. Carry that bit of yourself into whatever comes next.

Our story
For the people
behind the care.
Vitals & Vibes brings a little personality to a world of uniforms. Our collection puts medical motifs on socks, apparel and everyday goods, with color you can carry into the rest of your day.
We began as Socks for Docs. Vitals & Vibes gives that idea more room: for the people who make care happen, and for everything they are beyond the work.
The Common Room is our journal. It is a place for notes on personal style, small rituals and everyday life. This first entry starts with something simple: choosing a detail that feels like you.
