Three ways to
wear more color.

Repeat an accent. Look for a color in your sneakers, such as a stripe, the laces or a heel tab. Pick that color up in the sock pattern. It gives the two pieces something in common, even when their backgrounds are different.

Try a contrast. A pale blue pair stands out against navy scrubs or dark trousers. Keep the shoes plain if you want the socks to be the most noticeable part of the outfit. This also works with jeans on a day off.

Keep the background close. Choose a sock background similar to your scrubs and let the printed details show above the shoe. This is a useful starting point when you want to wear a pattern without a strong break in color.

Made for the people
behind the care.

Vitals & Vibes began in 2019, founded by Dr. Fayez while he was a medical student. We gave away socks through early outreach campaigns; the photographs from that time are still part of our story.

Today, our shop carries socks, scrub caps, apparel, accessories and gifts inspired by medicine, healthcare, therapy and psychology. The Common Room is our journal, with notes on styling the collection and choosing gifts for colleagues.
