Shipping policy

United States sock shipping

For US orders containing only socks, standard shipping is $4.95 when the order subtotal is below $50. Shipping is free when the order subtotal is $50 or more. Amounts are in US dollars. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout.

Apparel, accessories and orders containing a mix of product types may have different shipping charges. Review the total shown at checkout before placing your order.

Production and delivery

Our socks are made to order. We review orders before production starts. For socks, production usually takes 2–5 business days after an order is approved for production. Standard transit within the contiguous United States is estimated at a further 2–5 business days.

These estimates exclude the time between placing an order and its approval for production. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. For socks, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated US territories may take an additional 7–12 business days. Delivery estimates can change because of production or carrier delays.

Other products may have different production and transit times. Items in the same order may ship separately. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. The US sock shipping offer does not apply to international orders. International delivery times vary by destination.
